Our DIY Story

The DIY Cabinet Warehouse opened its doors in Ottawa in 2004 to offer local customers more affordable cabinetry options.

We began as a division of Kitchen Craft Cabinetry specializing in off-the-shelf, pre-assembled bathroom vanities, kitchen and storage cabinets. This continues to be available as part of our offering – Stock Cabinets. No down time, no difficult assembly instructions, no missing parts, ready to install!

Over the years, we discovered that there was a need in the Ottawa DIY market for Real Choice. So we began offering the full range of Kitchen Craft’s product line through our factory order program. In the fall of 2019, we moved to our new location at 1523 Laperriere Ave. As our DIY showroom expanded, so did our custom-cabinet options increasing our portfolio with new suppliers, products and styles.
